1. Who We Are

InsuranceHub SAL ("InsuranceHub", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent insurance brokerage operating in Lebanon. Our office is located at Biyada Main Street, next to Dunkin' Donuts, facing Resurrection Cathedral, Mtayleb, Metn, Lebanon.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our contact forms, request a quote, book a consultation, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect: your first name and last name, phone number, email address (when provided), the type of insurance you are interested in, and any additional details you choose to share in your message.

If you create an account on the site we also store your chosen username, hashed password, and any profile details you provide (nickname, profile picture, referrer username).

We automatically collect basic technical data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP, browser type, and interactions with our AI assistant, in order to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, prepare and present insurance quotes, arrange consultations, deliver policies you subscribe to, and provide ongoing customer support over WhatsApp, phone, or email.

We may also use your data to send you service-related messages (for example a reminder of an appointment or a renewal notice) and, only if you have opted in, occasional promotional communications about products relevant to you.

4. WhatsApp Communications

Because insurance in Lebanon is primarily arranged over WhatsApp, submitting a form on our website will typically open a WhatsApp conversation with our team. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you on WhatsApp by replying "STOP" or by writing to us using the details in section 1.

5. Sharing Of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with insurance carriers and reinsurers strictly for the purpose of preparing your quote or issuing your policy, and with trusted service providers who help us operate the website (hosting, analytics, messaging). All such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by Lebanese law, by a competent authority, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and quote requests for as long as necessary to serve you and to comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in Lebanon. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorized access, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
