1. About These Terms

These Terms Of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InsuranceHub website, our AI assistant, our loyalty features (Daily Quests, Lucky Spin, Prediction Market, HUB Coins), and any communication you initiate with us through our contact forms or WhatsApp. By using the site you accept these Terms.

InsuranceHub SAL is an independent insurance brokerage licensed to operate in Lebanon, with offices at Biyada Main Street, next to Dunkin' Donuts, facing Resurrection Cathedral, Mtayleb, Metn. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +961 3 869 191.

2. Nature Of Our Service

InsuranceHub is a broker, not an insurer. We help you compare and arrange policies with licensed insurance companies. Any insurance contract is issued by the underwriting carrier, and the terms and exclusions of that policy prevail over anything shown on this site.

Quotes and indicative pricing shown or shared over WhatsApp are informational and subject to final underwriting, medical or asset assessment, and applicable regulations.

3. Contact Forms And WhatsApp

When you submit a contact, quote, or consultation form, we may receive your name, phone number, message, and any other detail you provide. Submissions typically continue as a WhatsApp conversation with our team. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us.

Do not send sensitive personal data (national ID scans, medical reports, banking details) through the website forms unless we explicitly ask you to. Share such documents only directly with our licensed advisors.

4. Accounts

You may create an account to access loyalty features. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect of fraud or abuse.

5. HUB Coins And Rewards

HUB Coins are a loyalty reward with no legal cash value. They can only be redeemed with InsuranceHub, following the rules published on the HUB Coin page. We may adjust reward rates, quest availability, cash-out conditions, or coin balances at any time, in particular if we detect abuse, multiple accounts, fake referrals, or fraudulent submissions.

Prediction Market outcomes are settled based on public data sources and are for entertainment within the loyalty program only. Predictions are not gambling and do not create a right to real-money winnings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for anything unlawful; (b) upload false proof for quests; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the site or AI assistant; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) infringe on the intellectual property of InsuranceHub or of third parties.

7. AI Assistant

Our AI assistant is provided for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for personalized advice from a licensed broker and its answers may be incomplete or outdated. For any binding quote or policy decision, please confirm with our human team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and code, belongs to InsuranceHub SAL or is used under license. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, InsuranceHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the AI assistant, or the loyalty program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the competent courts of Beirut.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
